have been patients at my Port Richmond dental office, you may
have heard me talk about "whole food" supplements. Over
time, I have come to see that there is a little confusion about
just how these are different from regular vitamins that you can
find at your local supermarket or health food
store.

of explaining what makes the whole food vitamin or mineral
better for you than a synthetic (or "fractionated")
